高溫極壓二硫化鉬防銹滲透噴式油脂
- 用途：
- 各種機械零件間之潤滑，金屬製品之轉動處與旋轉部位，金屬元件，機械工具之潤滑防銹，本產品具有耐高溫，抗磨損之特性，並有耐水冲刷等效果，添加特殊配方對金屬零件能提供最佳保護作用，特別添加二琉化鉬粉末在油脂揮發後，二琉化鉬粉末仍可維持潤滑效果。
- 適用：
- 螺桿、滑軌、螺栓、滑輪、軸承、鍊條、齒輪。
- 成份：
- 複合鋰基高溫油脂、二硫化鉬5%、有機溶劑、推進劑。
- 滴點試驗：
- 265°C±5°C(509°F)
- 建議操作溫度：
- -20°C~160°C(320°F)
- 使用方法：
- 將本產品充分搖勻後，均勻的噴灑於需潤滑處，用於深部或馬達内部時可加長噴嘴以方便作業進行。
- 注意事項：
1.使用時遠離火源。
2.儲存於40°C乾燥陰涼通風處。
3.使用完之空罐，須排完餘氣，在回收處理。
4.罐體勿穿刺或燃燒。
5.如罐體有銹蝕或變形，請勿使用，應立即回收處理。

HIGH TEMPERATURE EXTREME PRESSURE MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE ANTI-RUST PENETRATION SPRAY GREASE
- Recommended Applications:
- Lubrication between various mechanical parts,rotating and rotating parts of metal products, lubrication and rust prevention of metal components, machine tools, this product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and water erosion resistance. Add special formula to metal parts can provide the best protection, especially add after adding molybdenum disulfide powder to the grease,the molybdenum disulfide powder can still maintain the lubricating effect.
- BE APPLICABLE:
- Screws, slides, bolts, pulleys, bearings, chains, gears.
- Components:
- Lithium complex high temperature grease.5%Molybdenum disulfide.Organic solvent.Propellant.

- 265°C±5°C(509°F)
- Recommended operating temperature:
- -20°C~160°C(320°F)
- Direction:
- Shake the product thoroughly and spray it evenly on the area to be lubricated. When used in the deep or inside the motor, the nozzle can be lengthened to facilitate the operation.
- Note：
1. Keep away from fire when using.
2. Store in a cool, ventilated place at 40 °C
3. After using the empty can, the remaining gas must be drained and recycled.
4. Do not puncture or burn the tank.
5. If the tank is rusted or deformed, do not use it and recycle it immediately.
