無塵室專用低揮發損失合成高溫油脂

- 特性：
- 尿素系聚合物非皂油脂一般黏性，具有優異的防鏽性、密封性、抗氧化、耐高溫、耐低溫，能深入軸承內部且不揮發、不滴流的特性可長期維持設備清潔的工作環境，低揮發損失，不致影響無塵室內之空調設備。
- 成份：
- 聚醚類全合成基礎油(PFPE)、聚尿基增稠劑(Polylex)
- 外觀：
- 淡黃色一般黏性。

FOR CLEANROOM LOW EVAPORATION LOSS SYNTHETIC HI-TEMP. GREASE
- Recommended Applications:
- Apply as protection to the machinery parts including precision bearings for hi-tech electronics industry, biochemical company, pharmacy, military supplies industy that have related equipments of clean rooms.
- Characteristics:
- Poly-urea none soap base grease is general adhesive and includes the excellent features of anti-corrosion, sealing ability, anti-oxidation, and resistance to high/low temperature. It can lubricate the internal bearing without vaporization; besides, it keeps the environments clean without dropping or pouring for a long time. The less evaporation of grease will not affect the operation of air conditioners in the clean rooms.
