尿素基耐熱型滑脂
- 用途：
- 可使用在各種不同產業的的乾燥機軸承潤滑，燒結爐，均熱爐，熱處理爐內的名種軸承，可在較高溫條件下之潤滑部位 (150~200°C)上做使用。
- 本質：
- 採用尿秦基增稠劑配合高度精製基確油加入各種特珠效能之添加劑所組成之超優質耐熱型滑脂產品。
- 特長：
- 採用增強高溫性能之增稠劑，高溫下有良好的安定性能。並且，採用無灰份系增稠劑配方，滑脂形成殘渣的生成幾乎不會發生。
- 機械的安定性優異，雖然在軸承內長時間被攪拌保件下，依然能保持良好耐久性能。
- 在高溫下的酸化安定性十分優異，長期使用此滑脂不客易有變質產生。使用上的注意事項：他種滑脂（例如皂基、鈣皂基滑脂等）一起混用下，本滑脂的性能將無法在使用。
